Delivery and payment

Delivery options

We ship on business days, within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received over the weekend are processed and shipped on the next business day. The delivery time for orders is 2–3 business days from the dispatch date.

We offer the following delivery methods:

OVERSEAS courier to your address

Cash on delivery, straight to your door
Option to pay by cash or card to the courier
Option for re-delivery if arranged with the courier

Post office / parcel locker

8 EUR

Discreet delivery to a post office or locker
No need to give your home address
Post office delivery: pay by cash or card
Parcel locker: pay by card when collecting the parcel

BOX NOW

7 EUR

Discreet delivery to a locker without giving an address
Pay by card directly at the locker when collecting the parcel
Maximum discretion

Note: Delivery is free for all orders over 75 EUR. We do not accept advance payment, so you are safe and pay only when you receive the shipment.

Payment

Payment is made by cash on delivery — in cash when you collect the shipment from the courier or at the parcel locker. Advance payment is not required, which keeps the risk to the customer to a minimum.

The amount you pay equals the total order price shown at checkout (product price plus any delivery cost). All prices are stated in euros (EUR) with VAT included.
